Please fill our this form to register your youth for the Neighboring Faiths program.
We will meet at UUCS the following Sundays:
- Sunday, November 2 11:20 a.m. (right after Time for All Ages) - 1:20 p.m. Please bring a sack lunch to this one!
- Sunday, November 16 11:20-12:20
- Sunday, November 30 11:20-12:20
- Sunday, December 14 11:20-12:20
Church and synagogue visits will also be part of this experience. Stay tuned!
It is strongly encouraged that participants attend ALL four sessions, plus site visits.
Please provide the name, phone number and email address of the primary parent or caregiver who will receive communication about this event and who will drop off and pick up the child. Rather than hold an in-person parent orientation, we will communicate via email, so please check your inbox regularly throughout the program.
Photo and Liability Release
We may take photos and videos of adults, youth, and children as they participate in congregational events. We use these images to promote our church and our faith in print, on our website, and on social media.
By submitting this form, I indicate that I understand that participants will assume all risks relating to their participation in his program, including any trips or events. I hereby release the Unitarian Universalist Church of Spokane, its chaperones, employees and/or agents from liability in conjunction with any harms and/or injuries that may occur.
